Youth Ministry
What Redeemer offers is unique. It offers a time of fellowship, discipleship, prayer, and teaching that reinforces the philosophy of ministry of the church. Your child does not get this anywhere else, and the benefit is significant.
Mission
- Encouraging discipleship among the youth, while taking age sensitive matters into consideration.
Who
- Members and friends entering the 7th grade through the 12th grade.
What
- Seek to gain a better understanding of the "Fear of Man" prominent in young hearts
- We will use material from Ed Welch's book, "When People are Big and God is Small"
When
- WYGT (Weekly Youth Group Thing)
- YXL (Youth Excelling in Leadership)
- Summer mission trips
- Tweens/Covenant Girls on the first and third Wednesdays
Why
- Souls in Transition and the centrality of the Church encourage you to participate
- The spiritual well being of your child is at stake
How
- Life and Doctrine are constantly married in Redeemer Youth Ministry
